I have worked as a Contracting Coordinator for 1.5 years, where I have worked on numerous proposals and received several contract award agreements.

This year, my workplace proudly received a contract award for two nationwide cooperative agreements for the North Carolina Sheriff’s Association (NCSA) and the Virginia Sheriff’s Association (VSA).

These cooperative agreements are publicly posted online and allow municipal law enforcement agencies to make purchases without having to go out to bid, which can be a timely and competitive process.

Below, I have both the build sheets and options sheets for the NCSA and VSA First Responders Procurement Programs.

I played the role of both the contractor and project manager during these solicitations and was able to produce the full submissions for the tenders, including the build and option sheets below, and worked my way through the proposal process from beginning to end.
